Site Use Policies
Membership and / or use of this site for purchasing glass items, taking classes, participating in GEA forums, or any other use is subject to these policies:
No phishing, spear phishing, spamming, slamming, stalking, or other malicious online tactics;
No unlawful use of this site for criminal activity;
No unauthorized use of any Member data;
No commercial re-sale of purchased GEA items unless authorized by the Owner, Karen Heise, in such a Reseller transaction;
No financial fraud, including but not limited to credit and debit card fraud, personal or business checks returned for insufficient funds, etc.
Or any other activity found to be in harm of GEA, the Owner, or any Member.
You must agree by checkbox to the above Terms before a purchase can be made.
Persons violating these terms will immediately be blocked from the site and face possible prosectuction to the full extent of the law.

Special and Custom Orders
GEA does not, as a rule, produce custom-ordered jewelry. If you're looking for something special and you don't see it on the Web site, contact me; I may have it on-hand and have just not put it on the site yet.
Order status updates will be sent to the email address you provide at check-out. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Orders may be cancelled anytime before shipping. To cancel your order after shipping, please see "Returns and Exchanges" below for return instructions.
Sorry, but I am unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped. You are responsible for all shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Jewelry in NEW condition (never worn, still in the original packaging) with tags still attached may be returned to Glass Eye Art for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Exchange item must be of the same value. Please email GEA on the Contact form to initiate a return. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. GEA does not refund shipping charges unless the item was sent in error. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for all shipping charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.
At Glass Eye Art, quality and craft is important. However, all jewelry is fragile. If your piece needs repair, please let me know via the Contact page. Include your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue.
GEA will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacting defect--either from my suppliers' materials or my workmanship-- within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after that or those casued from accident or mistreatment will be charged at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
What IS Covered:
Separated cabochons from jewelry bails
Broken leather cord and/or faulty clasps
Items damaged during shipping--if possible, photograph the item inside the opened package and send the jpeg as an attachment.
What's NOT Covered:
Broken or cracked glass from drops or other rough treatment
Scratched glass or dichroic coating
