Refund Policy--Damaged items, Disatisfaction

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, GEA will refund your money (excluding shipping charges) for 30 days from your purchase date. You must present your receipt (e-mailed, faxed, by regular mail) and the date must be visible.  If your item was damaged in shipping, you may send a photo of the item still in the packaging to the e-mail address on the Contact page. See Terms and Conditions under "Buy Jewelry" for a list of covered defects. 

 

Please use the Contact form on the "Contact" page, and remember to include your address and phone number. State the reason for your refund request. 

 

You will be refunded according to your purchase (credit or debit card refund, or by check issued to you from GEA).  

 

 

 

Defective Items

The GEA Guarantee

If the bail ever separates from your jewelry item under normal wearing conditions or in shipping, GEA will repair the item at no repair charge to you,  (You assume the shipping cost TO GEA; GEA will pay shipping TO YOUR address.) Quality work is important, but sometimes, things happen in the assembly process. Your pleasure with any item Glass Eye Art makes is the most important part of my relationship to you.
