All jewelry (and other glass items as they become available) are shipped First-class Mail or Priority Mail (extra charges apply) via USPS, insured, to your address. You will receive Tracking information at checkout.
When they become available, extra boxing charges apply to larger glass items; you will see those charges as you place your order.
Please be patient. Packages can take longer than the estimated delivery time--especially during busier times of the year.
If you suspect your package is lost, try the carrier first, then contact GEA using the Contact page. I'll make every effort to see that your package gets to you.
Other Shipping Info
In addition to being insured, all shipments require signature confirmation. Once your transaction is approved, your order will be shipped, usually the next business day. Be sure your shipping address is deliverable by United States Postal Service (USPS). GEA ships to the United States only. If you would like to ship to an address other than your credit card billing address, contact GEA for additional verification. If we are unable to contact you for verification, your shipment will be delayed.
Packages are delivered Monday-Friday excluding holidays. GEA is not responsible for USPS shipping delays or mistakes.
